The Hypnosis Experience

Many clients come into their first session unsure of what hypnosis will feel like. Most discover a deeply relaxing and enjoyable experience that is far different from what they expected. In this focused state, it's easier to access deeper levels of learning, emotional processing, insight, and change while remaining aware and in control throughout.
You'll also receive personalized reinforcement recordings to use between sessions and long after the process is complete. Clients who use them consistently often create change more quickly and keep momentum building between sessions.

Sessions are 90 minutes, typically scheduled one week apart. That's enough time to apply what you've learned between sessions while keeping momentum. Initial sessions include a thorough evaluation of your goals, history, strengths, and challenges, and every session combines discussion, practical skill development, and deeper change work.

His background spans clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, wilderness therapy, and years of studying human behavior. Early in his career, he saw how quickly people could change when given the right combination of structure, support, challenge, and mindset tools.
